Mind Quality Mark achieved!

Celebrating the achievement of our Mind Quality Mark in our centres across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire

Well done Team!

Our lovely CEO Tracey has been visiting all of our centres to celebrate our successful Mind Quality Mark review.

She’s pictured at our drop-ins in Carmarthen, Pembroke Dock and Haverfordwest. As well as with our incredibly supportive Chair Derek.

The quality process is ongoing, with in-person visits happening every couple of years. Assessors from the mind family read over policies, procedures, strategy documents and more before their visit.

On the day they meet with Trustees, staff, volunteers and clients to get a picture of how we work. They put all this info together into a report to make suggestions and to congratulate us on the things we’re doing well.

Every local Mind in the network goes through this process so that you can be sure that whichever Mind you visit, you are guaranteed a high-quality service!
